Is it just me or does Windows 7 look a lot like the new KDE desktop?

This is an unusual paragraph. I'm curious as to just how quickly you can find out what is so unusual about it. It looks so ordinary and plain that you would think nothing was wrong with it. In fact, nothing is wrong with it! It is highly unusual though. Study it and think about it, but you still may not find anything odd. But if you work at it a bit, you might find out. Try to do so without any coaching!
Personally I prefer the Gnome desktop but if this is anything to go by then yes, they have copied KDE. The bit about hovering your mouse over an icon and getting a screenshot of the apllication instead of a text description is definately copied.
To be honest I thought when XP first came out that they had copied, or at least learnt a lot, from KDE as far as the desktop went.
It's just a shame KDE, being open source, cann't sue. If the shoe was on the other foot....
