The have several versions but I use the free one and no issues so far !

I use Remote Assistance (built on the same technology as Remote Desktop) from XP to Vista quite often without any problem.

I use TeamViewer (http://www.teamviewer.com/download/index.aspx). It's free and does the job very nicely...
