    Web icons/graphics CRUD

    Hi,

Does anyone know a good source of Web icons or graphics for the standard CRUD functions...I'm thinking maybe a nice pencil for edit, a trash can for delete...that kind of thing. I've spent a while trawling through all those sites with pop-ups and junk ads, and not found much good so far.

Ideally I'm looking for free graphics, however I might be able to persuade my client to stump up a very small fee!

    Cheers for any tips,
    Burd

Umm.. try inserting the M$ symbols?

    That's got pencils, bins, etc...

Actually M$ do those kind of web icons in their clipart section as well...

They have a couple of free icon sets.

          Try http://stockicons.com/assets/stockic...etricBasic.zip

Not as many free ones as they once had unfortunately.

Max Power is the best collection of free/open-source icon packs I've came across.

The best single set is probably Tango.

Smashing Magazine frequently feature free icon sets. Just did a very quick search and there might be some candidates towards the bottom of this article.
Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?
