Dell And XP Pro

I've noticed recently that Dell now charges £60 for a machine with XP pro on it. This used to cost nothing. Is MS bullying everyone to go with Vista Business.

How would I obtain a XP pro downgrade from MS?

Get the box with Vista on it. Buy an OEM copy of XP off Ebay for £30 and install it.
