Me too: WiFi pushed me over the edge one day, so now I have a powerline link from my ADSL router downstairs to the office upstairs and good old wired ethernet in the office. I still have WiFi for if I want to sit in front of the TV with a laptop, but for anything important I'll stick with wires.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

My stance is that Netgear have been making fairly good kit for many years, wheras Belkin up until 5 years ago were famous for making electrical cables not networking stuff.

            A tad overspecced perhaps?

Also, we'd need to employ you to manage our house.
