which laptop backpak

Hi,

I'm considering getting a backpak for my laptop (HP nc2400 12" screen)

I am after recommendations please

Is there a market leader of such bags ?

I'm after a bag thats light & has storage for an a4 notebook & maybe gym kit.

I got rid of the targus one I had as a permie. Was too big for the laptop I had and I thought it was too heavy for what it was.

Maybe I'm a little self conscious, but I always felt untidy with a backpack whenever I was dressed in a suit, so I went back to the conventional over the shoulder jobbie.

WH Smiths sell a couple and they can be had for a steal when they have a sale on.

Crumpler. Expensive but my laptop is well protected. Simple things like you have to take the bag off to open it means no pick pockets etc.

I've found Pakuma bags to be sturdy and reliable with the added advantage of not really looking like they hold a laptop. Always useful when wandering around areas where people would prolly have a go if they thought you were carrying a lappy.

got my tech air bag a few years ago, will not be getting anything else from now on, its great as it has air cushioning all around it so all those knocks on the tube barriers and tube doorways dont do a thing to it. also, lots of space for all my gadgets inside..
