Sage are launching an online version of their small business accounts product early next year - you'd be able to raise invoices via your mobile and all that stuff

I am trying out Office Accounting 2008 at the moment and quite liking it. Easy to use and good Excel integration.

About FRS, there is no native support but just like in Sage etc you can define your own tax code for FRS.

I've only just downloaded it and will probably use it from Feb 1 (my new financial year). It looks good so far except for the nag screens. Seems to get slowed down by SQL Server express. We'll see how it goes, does look like a winner.

I downloaded it, installed and made sure I had left a big box of invoices and receipts in front of the monitor for it to be getting on with. Then I went away for at least an hour and when I came back it hadn't even made a start. What sort of accounting package is that? Typical Microsoft.
