    Wizard/Tutorial/Help Section Writing

Anyone have any pointers to any sites or guides on how to write the Wizard/Tutorial/Help Section for a small software program?

The project I've commissioned over the web is going to be ready to beta very soon and I need to get going on this bit (or outsource it )

I've found this page but it doesn't go into that much detail.

If I were you I would look at the user guides/demos of the most popular web apps and take that as a guide. The ones that immediatly come to mind are 37signals (basecamp etc) and flickr, but there are loads of free/trial online apps that you could take a look at.

Robohelp used to be one of the best. Now Adobe have got their mits on it I wonder will it have changed much? Apart from installing google toobar and a load of other unwanted apps.
