    Lookin Good Laptop backpack

I've just bought a new HP pavilion. Not a all conquering beast, but get the job done. I came with 2GB ram and with Vista it needs it, nearly 1GB goes to the OS and some of its bit and pieces.

Anyway, looking for a good backpack type bag for it. I've loked at Crumpler, Air tech, samsonite, timbuk2. I'm not really happy with any of them. Anyone got any recommendations.

Now then! I carry mine in a tulipty-looking old rucksack. It's tatty, a bit scuffed, and generally down at heel. So, hopefully, no Bill Sykes type will suspect that there's anything tasty inside... I hope! Made-for-the-job laptop cases/bags are a big advert for thieving gits.

I especially like the laptop cases that say DELL in large bright blue lettering. Nice and subtle - no thieving scrote would ever imagine the nature of the contents.

My crumpler is awesome. If a bag can be such a thing...

It's called a "Cheesy Disco" which I find amusing.

I like the look of the cheesy disco as well. Hardly looks like a laptop bag at all, but has very few pockets on the inside. I did check out a samsonite and it seemed to be full of pockets and loops and such - at a decent price. and it doesn't look like a laptop bag either.

Wonder how I'll get a £100 bag past the eagle eyed wife...

Still doesn't answer my question. BTW the laptop only cost £700. Like I said its not an all conquering beast.
