Is anyone using an application to do this or just Outlook?
TIA

I use something called RedNotebook. It's essentially a diary type piece of software. Stores in text files, really easy to backup/transfer elsewhere etc.
Has a keyword search feature so going back to find stuff is really easy.
I'm a network engineer & any configuration changes I make to devices, I keep a record of so its easy to recall if ever asked without going through official change documentation It saves me loads of time.
