F-ProtOf all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

I'm using Avast! antivirus at home for XP. Seems to have good detection (needs to, with all these porn sites that get visited), and doesn't tie the rest of your system up in knots like McAfee or Norton."My God, it's huge!!"

switched from norton to avg when my trail was up. AVG found three trojan norton never found striaght away.
Ever now and then will refresh my laptop and always ripe the nortons off straight away now.
Sygate used to do a good firewall till norton bought them out.Comment
