What you mean is you ask long, non specific, generalist, questions that usually P people on technical forums off.

Try General, usually you will get an answer pretty fast.

Vbforums.com used to be good for this. I haven't been on it for over a decade though.

The answers on any forum are, generally, only as good as the questions that are asked.
