I have a Dell XPS 15, now 2 years old, but the current incarnation of it looks HOT.
Sorry is above your budget but take a look anyway.
Just remember that if you are buying through your company, its an expense and save you the CT.
Also if you are on VAT FRS then spend over 2k on 1 invoice and you can claim the VAT back. Get a NAS or similar for storage or something similar.
e.g.
2k purchase inc VAT means you can claim back £333.33 from the VAT man.
Also also 20% of £1666.67 namely £333.33 less CT to pay.
Always things to consider when buying business equipment.
Apologies if I am not quite right about the actual values, but it is something in that ball park.

Thumbs up for pcspecialist. Especially if you like to customise the s*** out of your PC. Not sure about laptops, but I got a really nice desktop rig from them, up to my inflated spec and it rocks. They are not the cheapest though...
They can assemble it in a couple of days too, for a few extra quid.Comment
