But I've never heard of an adapter to let you plug a UK plug into a shaver socket. The opposite is common - so you can charge your toothbrush from a normal 3-pin socket - but that's all that turns up when I search.

There are no power sockets in the sleeper compartments, just a 2-pin 240V shaver socket, but in practice you can use this for recharging your mobile phone if you have a 2-pin adaptor. There are laptop and mobile charging points in the First Class Lounge at London Paddington. (link)
