As long as you are based in the UK there shouldn't be an issue - as long as the business to business contract is governed under UK law. Give me a shout if you want to discuss it

IR35 umbrella work in Germany

are there any umbrella companies that cover you for working in Germany and Britain. I'm struggling to find one. I work for an company here in the uk who say i need to get an umbrella company as Orsted have put everyone inside IR35, thank you for your help.
