    To be pedantic, it's not turnover - it's the payroll bill. If that's over £3m then the company hands over 0.5% as the levy; if it's not then they don't, regardless of the total turnover.

  • Apprentice levy what does your umbrella charge you?

    I believe the apprentice levy is based upon umbrella company turnover so varies.

    Shall we compare what we pay? I'll start the ball rolling.
