Ha ha. Agency care even less than Sterling do. As expected.
They really are completely useless. Even the simplest request gets ignored/forgotten about. I can only imagine how bad they'd be if there was ever a problem with payment.
I see my notice period with them is one week. Probably easier to leave until next extension but I guess theres no issue in switching? Apart from the agency having to sort out the deal with the new umbrella which is a bit of a hassle for them I guess.

Go back and complain to the agency for recommending and as if they can add any others

There's a post on the umbrella forums from a provider complaining about a client constantly emailing endless pointless brain farts and not attempting to any of his own research.

No about the same as the rest of them. It was the only one on the list from agency and also on the trade body list.Originally posted by MrMarkyMark View PostNever mind about all that.
I'm guessing it was one of the cheapest, right?

I've got a real thing with companies who take your money and they do the absolute minimum. No reply to emails, no call backs when promised etc.
(I had an accountant once like this).
I just can't be bothered with all of this having to chase people. If I arrange a call back (which you can on their website) I expect a call back. First time, three hours later than arranged, 2nd time not at all. Replying to emails is apparently random. If I email someone I expect a reply within 2 days. Not some crap excuse about not having received email - honest.
