It's Capita that I've got the contract with and I've already asked them if I can use someone not on the list

Some specialist contractor Accountancy firms are running an Umbrella company also, and offering a flexible solution in terms of switching between a PSC and an Umbrella company, without naming any names...

Are the agency refusing to deal with them? It's likely that's due to agents getting a kick back from the ones on the list. Personally I'd have a chat to Lisa about it, she maybe familiar with the agent and have other people, and then stick it to the agent. If they want your business they will have to just do without a kickback. Should be a no brainer for them tbh. Standing up to them is most likely going to get the result you want.

After a lot of interviews, finally bagged my first contracting gig! Only problem is that I have to choose from their list of umbrella companies (I was going to sign on with Contractor Umbrella as they seem to be popular on this board)

Can anyone recommend any of the following:

I only want to submit timesheets, not planning on claiming expenses (mainly due to not knowing I can actually claim for)
