Those keyboards with the letters on the front would work wonder for the wife. Her typing style removes the lettering off the keys in no time. I got her a new Logitech and letters gone after six months.
Some of these remind me the old Norton 102 keyboard I had in the 80's. That thing was loud!
I'm a pretty fast typist but yeah I'm probably doing it all wrong.
I did think about getting a Dvorak keyboard but then I could imagine going to a clients site and not being able to type on a conventional keyboard.
I've found that when I've used German & French keyboards long term. I'd go back to a QWERTY and the for first 10 minutes or so I'd get letters transposed.
I don't touch type either, at least I never learned to, I've just been typing so long I know where all the keys are. I suspect a lot of the home computer generation are like that.
