Zendesk vs Freshdesk vs others

I'm currently trialling freshdesk.

I don't mind paying for the service here as its to support tools I'm charging for.

I use request tracker - RT: Request Tracker - Best Practical - bit of a b1tch to install but really nice once up and running. Very stable and configurable.

Someone linked me to this one last week - Open Atrium - built on Drupal core, looks really interesting but not had time to have a play with it yet.

I'm looking for a helpdesk / customer support solution for plans b and c.

Has anyone got any recommendations or know of any solutions apart from Zendesk and Freshdesk.
