Go American
I found that support and pricing on American hosts are cheaper and better than their UK counterparts. I've been using PowWeb.com for some time now with only one problem when they found a bug in their operating system for one of their clusters. Fixed it fairly quickly, and gave everyone an extra month free to compensate. Their current two year offering works out at $6.22 a month, since they are giving 6 months extra free.

There is no such thing as cheap, good hosting as I've found out to my own cost many times before.
The nearest thing to "good" I've found is fasthosts.co.uk who are large enough to actually have decent customer service, and they do Exchange 2003, SQL 2000 and .Net 2.0 with load balancing and unlimited bandwidth for £15.99/month.

Good god, no, and have to offer 'customer service'??
That and I'm running off standard ADSL so I really don't have the upload speed to host any more than I currently am. Interestingly, I recently upgraded to 8MB download and my upload speed nearly doubled. Was quite pleased.

These are the guys I use - http://www.zenwebhosting.com/
VERY good customer service. Phone rings once or twice before a techie picks up the phone who actually knows what they are talking about.

I admit it does look like a decent package for £50py.
I use www.cyberhostpro.com and have no complaints so far. I haven't set the website up yet and am just using for email at the moment.

Agree the headline rate is a bit misleading - I would be looking for the 12 month deal so $90 ish.
Doesnt look to be a lot of extras though.
Got any better suggestions ?
