    Surely if you use the right keywords in the name of the doc the standard search in file manager works fine?

    Do you have a lot more documentation than standard contractor business stuff?

    How much incoming stuff do you have?

    It would probably be simpler to implement a basic filing system so at least you know where to find stuff

    Anyone use a document management system for home / LtdCo?

    So scanning incoming stuff in and making it searchable?

    If so what do you use?

    Am aware of DocMgr and Alfresco open source projects, anyone reccomend them? or others?
