Indeed - I passed and a have retained a lot of the knowlegde.
However I suppose I always had an Agile approach to development projects and this just really gave me the official qualifications - so it was not like the concepts were alien at all.

I've used ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management - Training course catalogue - QA in the past, they are running courses in Hinckley in Nov and Dev

From my experience they don't cancel many Foundation courses. Getting the others was a bit of a mare but Foundation ones were OK. You could try asking them how many are booked and if it is going ahead. When I just googled it most were honest saying this might not run and that is deffo on etc especially if you want one quick.

ITIL Foundation Training - Where?
I need to pass ITIL V3 (2011) Foundation ASAP so I am not interested in web based training – I just want to take a 2 or 3 day class room course and then sit the exam - job done
Google throws up many “course” vendors but I suspect that many are just brokers – what I don’t want to happen is to book via a broker only to have the course cancelled at the last minute because the vendor has not filled enough spaces.
I am based in Leicestershire – but am happy to travel.
Any suggestions?Last edited by wxman; 1 November 2012, 14:06.Tags: None
