I can sort of understand where Apple are coming from, they haven't included a specification that is not in use yet.

This is a better explanation of the bands, the 1800mhz band that EE are going to launch is Band 3, so I would hope that Apple would only let you buy this version from the UK Store

This means that O2/Voda will never be able to sell an iPhone5 for use on 4G? Or will they come with a different LTE config in the future?

    Seems strange.

    I read this:
Has an LTE chip - single chip, single radio, dynamic antenna. In the UK that means EE if you want it.

Thanks Platypus I heard the same too I'm interesting in the pricing points seeing as Amazon announced the Kindle Fire HD things are really heating up in the tablets space at the moment. On another note YouTube will be available for iPhone Google have made the app and I have used it and it is every bit as good as the Android one. The original YT app was made by Apple and was never updated so fear not you can still use it if you want

Well, I'll be getting an iPhone 5 after my recent Android woes.

Since most consumers want a phone that does Youtube and makes farting noises, then Android is perfect as it does those perfectly well at a fraction of the price.

@Spartan, I heard that the iPad mini will be launched in October, not today.
