Custom AddIn ribbon for Word 2010

Good morning

can any of you direct me to a good forum/website where I can get some help to create a custom ribbon for Word 2010? I have already created it and added a button, but I'd need some help to hide/show depending on where the document is coming from.

Any help will be very appreciated
