Tried it from here and from a system in the US. It appears to be up but not responding. Is your mate in the UK seeing the contents of his cache, or is he using a caching server?

Alos looking at the cached page in Google takes an age, it is trying to load images so definitely a problem at their end somewhere.

Not loading for me either. Hitting the IP in a browser yeilds no result either so imagine they are having issues with the web server. It is not throwing an error, is just hanging, so suggests the machine is up but Apache / IIS having problems.

Can't get to web site

I can ping it. But I can't get to it via IE or Firefox. I've reset my router, and still no joy. A colleague in the UK has no problem.
