the comany that makes it is actually Russian, they do some great stuff for windows mobile, been using their SPB Mobile Shell for over a year now, its great

Back to the TV software though, I can see them being stuck in a chicken and egg situation here. They need good content to get customers, but to get the content providers on board they need lots of customers
