Previously on "Streaming BBC iPlayer to DLNA capable TV"
Buy a cheap Nintendo Wii ( plenty of SH ones kicking around ) and download the iPlayer application on that. Works a treat, no stuttering or pauses and you dont need access to the PC to use it.
thanks for the link MM. Reading all that stuff made my eyes bleed. I am going to tell the Mrs it can't be done and she will have to continue to watch it on the pc.
Before doing so, I'd ask a question on the BBC iPlayer forum that has been linked to above.
I used it yesterday for a question and got a response within a few hours which sorted out my problem.
It's staffed by techies who actively monitor it so they should be able to help.
