I use Filezilla, but in addition Beyond Compare has ftp capabilities which is handy.

Just wanted to add that on the recommendation of this thread, I downloaded and used Filezilla for the first time today.

FileZilla does everything you need.
And there is also a server version.
However if you want to pay a small fee then FlashFXP is the best, I think it has a lifetime one of fee as well.
Filezilla is not far off FlashFXP, I think it only lacks as a good as queue list editing support.

I bought (yes bought !) a CuteFTP licence about 10 years ago
