    I use Filezilla, but in addition Beyond Compare has ftp capabilities which is handy.

    FileZilla does everything you need.
    And there is also a server version.

    However if you want to pay a small fee then FlashFXP is the best, I think it has a lifetime one of fee as well.

    Filezilla is not far off FlashFXP, I think it only lacks as a good as queue list editing support.

    For a command line utility (useful for scripting), try NcFTP. Available for Windows and the usual *nix varieties.
