FileZilla seems to be an improvement on FTP Commander though.

Not sure how well it works in terms of treating it as a network drive, but it does allow you to drag & drop to and from the FTP site.

This is an absolutely superb application that i couldnt do without and (never tried this) you can select an FTP path as a folder source so assume it'd do what you want.

Totally Filezilla - its rapid. I'd actually paid for an FTP client (WS_FTP) and then tried Filezilla and was like, WTF - why is the free one 10x better?
