    The key is in the name, being a "boss" type, there's no way he's listed in the "Active" Directory.

    Objects tend to only have a display name if they have an Exchange mailbox.

    Saying that if they had a mailbox and it was deleted it can still exist.

    the boss is having trouble getting display name from AD.

    Thats all I know at the moment, I dont know where he is trying to get it from, but I am guessing VB.

    Can anyone give me a starter for ten on AD and display name
