No, it's a serious Best Practice approach to running Service Management. Don't wing it, if they know anything themselves you'll get spotted. However check your PMs, there's a useful web address in there...

ITIL experience

I have an i/view tomorrow and one of the desirables is ITIL experience (which I don't have). It's not down on my CV, but I'll probably be asked about it, is it easy to blag that you have some knowledge of it? (Thank you Google in advance).
