    Agreed. If it is, it's on the wall on a hook so should be easily removable. Doesn't appear to have any wired connections, so if it's doing anything it's acting a a WiFi bridge.

    I suspect it's attached to a wall and not easy to get down.

    Do a reverse image search, that might help.
