ah yeah, old habits die hard. That'll be it - still accessing the old url.

I suspect https://forums.contractoruk.com is the issue. It seems to be configured differently, and while I don't any errors SSL Labs claims it doesn't support anything about TLS1.0:
SSL Server Test: forums.contractoruk.com (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs)
SSL Server Test: www.contractoruk.com (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs)
Edit: Yup, I force it to stop redirecting I get the same error:

I don't get that warning on Firefox, the latest version, that seems to complain about everything and takes an age to load anything

If you press F12 (Dev Tools) and go to the Security Tab what does the middle bullet point say?
Here, on Chrome and Edge (Which is basically Chrome now) it says:
"The connection to this site is encrypted and authenticated using TLS 1.2 ECDHE_RSA with X25519 and AES_256_GCM"
No errors or warnings.
Do you get any issues if you just go straight to: https://www.contractoruk.com/forums/
