    ASK YOURSELF
Was the person acting deliberately? Can I be sure?
Why do I believe that what they did was unfair? Would other people also think so?
What was the other person’s point of view? Is there any way I can find out?
How would the other person justify their actions?
If I had been in the other person’s shoes, how would I have handled the situation?

If NLP were to be a 3 minute seminar - you would summarise it as needing to learn 3 things :-

    1. Be clear of your outcome in any situation.
    2. Be alert and keep your senses open so you know what you are getting.
    3. Be flexible and keep changing until you get what you want.

    Outcome
    Acuity
    Felexibility

    The Brillo NLP thread

    1. Think about outcomes not problems
    2. Ask How rather than why questions
    3. There is no such thing as failure - only feedback.
