You're referring to old testament laws. According to Christian teaching, Jesus fulfilled the law. He said that if you love God with all your might and all your heart, and love your neighbour as much as you love yourself, you've fulfilled the law. The church, after the resurrection, ruled that gentiles have just a couple of laws. 1. Refrain from sexual immorality. 2. Don't eat food sacrificed to idols.
But the religious love their laws, and like to add more.
So tattoos aren't an issue.

oh, yes indeed. For Leviticus 19 sayeth:Originally posted by cojak View PostIs it wrong for a christian to get a tattoo?
I didn't realise the question had to be asked!
Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the LORD.
So it's frowned upon, but only along with wearing clothing of mixed fibre, and letting menstruating women out of their designated tents.
Or my personal favourite bit of Leviticus 19:
Thou shalt not curse the deaf, nor put a stumbling-block before the blind
did Moses really need to be told that?

My CUk signature used to be a link like this:
French military victories
and it got the page to number 3 on Google through sheer CUK exposure. Oh yes, a right little joker I used to be!

French Military Victories, followed by the I'm Feeling Lucky button, is always an old favourite of mine.

The answer is no, it's not. Anyone entering any level of talent show to sing a song or songs that they don't know the words to, deserves mockery.

The title is a little missleading. It should be shortened to "Google".

I like the "is it wrong to sleep with" list:
sister
cousin
prostitute
brother
teacher
dad
aunt
second cousin
married woman
Is this ordered based on how many people have asked?
