If it's BA you should still be able to book in. Get the 6 character booking reference which should be on the ticket somewhere.

Have a safe journey. I will have 3 hours to kill tomorrow morning as the tickets I have don't contain anything that allows me to check in today - mind you the tickets are paid for by the Barbados Government so there may be method in what to me looks like madness...

Try out the new BA lounge in LGWS and go for a drive past Donnas. Then on Sunday, ski and a sherbet or 5
