HMRC have started their first IR35 off-payroll compliance checks

Initial focus seems to be the Oil and Gas and Finance sectors which would probably surprise no-one based on where the most profitable abusers were.

Transport seems to be being ignored as there are other issues there (brought on by the industry forcing drivers to use umbrellas).
