I'm surprised no-one else has asked that question already.Originally posted by LdnContractor View PostI’m currently outside ir35 with my client who has a blanket ban from the end of Feb. I have the option of perm, or going via an umbrella - I'm reluctant to go perm but would consider an umbrella, however I’m concerned about the risk of retrospective reviews when going from outside ir35 to inside ir35 with the same client / project.
My question is if the risk of retrospective reviews would be minimised in any way by staying with the same end client and going through an umbrella, but moving to a different role, on a different project, in a different part of the end client company?
Wait, it has been, dozens of times!
Have you read the sticky at the top of the IR35 forum?
