    I think the issue, as raised above, is that:

    The client will still determine the role inside so it has to be taxed accordingly;
    Agencies will not deal with a partnership because the ownership and tax arrangements fall outside their comfort zone.

    Get over those two and there's no point having a partnership as it would be BAU.

    Ah yes, Cameron and May were extreme left wing, and we now have an only mildly left wing government, is that you're take on things?

    Selling your labour as a business is what is called a contract of service. Which is also called a job.
    A business is where you own your own labour, and sell it as you wish.

    A "job" is where you are an employee of a company, with a boss.

    A business has risk and decides its own direction, which is difficult for some to understand.

    Companies are now coercing people to lie, and agree to 'inside' when, they are not. Well, no use crying. We are, where we are.

    Have people discussed Partnerships?
    Yes, most agencies won't work with partnerships so is a non starter

    The partnership would stop the Labour government from being able to make changes.

    More Partnerships...

    As IR35 is making conracting difficult, have people discussed Partnerships?

    I made a post on the Legal Forum - perhaps it should be on this forum(?)
