There are more than enough articles out there explaining MoO and as complex as it is they would clearly answer this question.

Hi Ches,
Contracts of employment will also have clauses about them being terminated without notice, e.g. for gross misconduct.

You're best to get the contract checked by a professional.

IR35 and MOO

Hi, new to this forum,

If the contract between my limited company and my client's company clearly states it can be terminated without notice does this indicate that MOO does not exist and therefore it cannot be a contract of employment, ie it is a contract for services and outside IR35?

Any advice gratefully received,
