Personal choice, if I were in your shoes, I'd take IPSE plus membership (or whatever it's called) and forget the other insurances. But only you can decide.

Current PS contract ends and pays before 5 Apr 17.
Current Framework Contract has notified agency that all people on framework are inside IR35, who told me (presumably if you continue on any offered renewal of same contract after 5 April 17).
Might take a long break until things settle down or join lemming like rush to private sector (I have had previous contracts in private sector).
Even if only taking a short break, change agency and/or consultancy, change underlying contract framework (previous one on the surface more likely to be inside even if working practices more likely to be outside - nothing ever sure in this mickey mouse world!).
New contract in the PS is determined inside or outside - negotiate rate accordingly, if possible.
If inside, do you still need qdos/abbey tax insurance on top of ipse membership to cover previous contracts? Keep reserve in ltd just in case...
