Welcome back Janey! And damn, I'm jealous. Iceland is on my list of places I *really* want to vist.

I definitely recommend it, extremely expensive though. I want to make a couple of more trips back now, one in the winter just to see what it's like then and also to see the northern lights and I'd like to go again in summer to do a hike across the glacier.

the temperature wasn't that bad but my god the wind was nasty, brought the temperature down by a fair few degrees! brrrrr

Just got back from a week here and can heartily recommend it!

Great location, great food, great wine.

Got some terrific hill walking. Even went horse riding again for the first time in 5 years.
