Which area are you concentrating on? We've been looking in the SE but the market is pricing investors out and there just isn't a worthwhile ROI anywhere it seems. I've been contemplating looking further up North - anywhere from Milton Keynes to Newcastle, but that would be unexplored territory for me, and ideally I don't want the property far from where I live.
