No. Does it matter? Are you saying that she has only agreed to vote for UKIP and say those words because her bosses have told her she must? If you are alleging some sort of electoral fraud then just come out and say it.

Yep, her being naked at some point in her life is certainly a shocker. Most people are born in clothing and remain that way for the rest of their lives. This is an non-issue. A private citizen (presumably) had sex with someone, and her trust was abused.
If you sensationalise an issue enough, then I guess the trouble the parties have in hiring "anybody who doesn't have skeletons" is that almost everyone has skeletons. There are things in my past that could easily be played up to "shock much of the electorate", however they have no bearing on my ability to do my job.

Just showing his ignorance by thinking that is an insult. Plankton are wonderful little creatures, latest research suggest they have an average IQ of 206. Using a culturally unbiased test obviously.

    She is a voter

She is also representative of the general public. Members of the general public may have jobs, and may decide that they want to vote, and may decide to vote UKIP. If she were actually standing for election I'd agree it would be wrong.

If your inference is that the quote is not her own, or that she was told she had to say it then that's different. You're then saying that she's shill for UKIP, who doesn't actually believe the message that UKIP are trying to put out there - which is counter-intuitive.

Certainly the headline is bollocks, and potentially defamatory - "I'm voting for them because I work for them". The truth would more likely be, "I'm voting for them because I agree with them, and I chose to work for them because I agree with them."

On Tuesday Mr Farage defended his decision to employ his wife, Kirsten, as his £25,000 a year secretary who is paid through European Parliament expenses.

She is German, but Mr Farage denied she was “taking” a British worker’s job, saying he knows of no Briton who could work the late hours that she does.
Hardworking Brits losing their jobs to immigrants?

Anyway the Irish chap would still be allowed to live in Britain under the Anglo-Irish Agreement. Or would Mr Farage dump that and start up another 800 years of war just as we all thought it was slowly being resolved?

    And another screw up

Face of Ukip is EU immigrant - Telegraph

Nigel Farage faces embarrassment over his plans to radically curb migration from Europe after it emerged one of the actors in a Ukip billboard is an Irish immigrant.
The destitute builder in the party’s latest advert is believed by party officials to be a Dubliner named Dave O’Rourke, a Ukip spokesman confirmed.
Mr O’Rourke is seen sitting on a pavement with a beggar’s cup. The text carries the caption: “EU policy at work. British workers are hit hard by unlimited cheap labour”.

I suggested that they 'found her' so part of the selection process to put her in the publicity is to the ask the question - so have you any skeletons in your closet?

I do think its a pity that they make political capital out of it, but so far UKIP seem to have shown they aren't as media savvy as the other parties.

I actually thought great they are getting more minorities in and it will lead to a better discussion. Instead they try to pass her off as a 'typical voter' and then it seems she has been careless in her past.

She also gets to choose who she takes her clothes off in front of so it speaks volumes about her taste in men.
Is being an events co-ordinator being in public life? If you get a contract for a government department are you in public life? So if your wife / partner / whatever took a pic of you naked you should resign your job, step away from any job that has public figures in it's sphere, in case the two of you split up? Bollocks.

She is an events co-ordinator and an assistant. What does her taste in men have to do with her doing her job?

Maybe, but seeing as they're campaigning for premature withdrawal you might not get the satisfaction you crave.
