That used to happen to me when I was contracting at Capital Radio the other year and worked into the evening so I could leave early on Friday, except it was one of the security chaps turning the light off, not your good lady.

- we used to live next door to a posh lady who would regularly 'borrow' a potato or an egg to make her husband's tea. I used to look after her kids occasionally. I never made them chips though.
