    I knew that this was quite common on the continent. Still better than playing accordion very badly, but sometimes they play brilliantly, like this one guy I saw in Germany.

    (they should be able to remove those kids from the LU and take them to the Police Station, no?)

    Oh yes - I've had that on the London tube (Piccadilly Line if I recall) - the announcer was quite irritated to have to broadcast a warning just before 10 year old girls walked along the carriage with their hands out.

    They jumped out and jumped into to the next carriage at every stop.
