Have you taken over from Bob Crow? Shouldn't there be a strike in and amongst all that?Originally posted by EternalOptimist View PostObviously it's for my railway game.
Every hour at seventeen minutes past, the industries recalculate their occupancy levels and I might have to invest to get the best deal.
Equally obviously, some workers may be up for auction at random times, and blindingly obviously I sometimes need to have a reminder that my goods licence will soon be up for renewal.
All the while is the fast and furious train management, man management and diplomacy.
I need a little 'bing' and then to draw my attention

Although looks like you can't do hourly alarms but you could snooze them for an hour when they go off. Otherwise there is task scheduler:

Do you use Outlook? You can set repeat tasks and single tasks in there and they can use a sound on your PC as an alarm.

you can set your "machine" to beep. Or even explode?Originally posted by EternalOptimist View PostYou know those timer thingies you get on your cooker, and the bing when the microwave finishes
is there anything I can get on my machine that will 'bing' at a certain time.
it has to be very flexible, and quickly reprogrammable
