    Sorry but a few of the responses were somewhat "surreal" (Bavaria, pic.. Am lost ;-)

    Leasing would be my option for now just to keep chest in a safe and paying monthly I guess. But am not fixed on that.

    You can buy or lease a scooter from the company – for tax this will be treated the same as buying/leasing a motorbike for the company which (for tax) is better than buying/leasing a car.

    Can you clarify if you would be buying or leasing? Then I will be able to outline the relevant tax implications.

    I think there are some different rules for a company motorbike / scooter.

    It's only going to be a lease if you lease it. Otherwise I'd guess it would be treated the same as a company car, but I don't know that for certain.

    but this is something I am meant to look into for a while, so very simple question:
    - how to buy a scooter on company account ?
    - is it called a business lease ?
    - can I just turn to a reseller and they will help me with paperwork ?
